RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, the shipment of your products may take longer than expected.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and get it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of on-sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
3-day cooling period of the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and publish the refund.
